1. LOAD
Fill your BEACHBELL with your chosen material — sand, water, dirt, gravel, or rice. The built-in weight markings are a guide when using dry sand. Other materials have different densities, so the final weight will vary.
2. LOCK
Remove as much air as possible by compressing the fill. Fold the top of the bag away from you, just above the fill, then roll it tightly back towards you until you reach the buckle. Clip it closed.
Removing excess air and rolling the bag tightly creates a compact, secure kettlebell that minimises movement of the fill, giving you a more stable feel for swings and other exercises.
3. LIFT
You're ready to train. Adjust the weight whenever you like by adding or removing fill, then enjoy a full-body workout almost anywhere.
